This policy list is set in place to ensure a streamlined process and avoid miscommunication between the artist and client. These terms are non-negotiable and the artist reserves the right to deny the request for art if they are not met.Will draw: characters of any species, gender, form, etc. Suggestive themes, NFSW, horror. Everything can be discussed and clarified to prevent misunderstandingsWon’t draw: any anti-moral themes (racism. SA, etc).The art will be expected to be completed from 2 weeks up to 2 months, any delays would be reported. To expedite the process, an additional fee may be charged depending on the deadline and will be discussed before work begins. The client has the right to 3 significant corrections during the work, after the work is completed this possibility is not available. Minor changes can be made to the finished work. The final products will be delivered in png or/and psd through email or any other convenient way.Payment will only be accepted through PayPal, Ko-Fi or Monobank (Ukraine only). All other methods are unacceptable and will be refused upon offer. Payment is expected to be sent in full after a rough sketch. If the client does not like the finished work, they have the right to a 50% refund of the cost of the work.The intellectual rights of the art belong to the artist unless paid for in completion, the project can be revoked from the client if these terms are not upheld post-purchase. I do not allow my work to be used in AI learning, generative AI, or the creation of NFTs.Commercial usage must be communicated upon request. Any commercial use of products using my work without permission will result in an immediate revoking of usage.
